The scope of work, timelines, cost and rights to the deliverables are determined by a separate contract or statement of work (SOW). Under the contract, the rights to the source code and the intellectual property of the deliverables are transferred to the client. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available on request.

The content, design and code of this website belong to NeriusCognitaren OÜ, unless otherwise stated. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”, without any warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, NeriusCognitaren OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the website.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be heard by the Harju Maakohus (Harju County Court).
