Vendors' prices from their own pages as of 30 September 2026, monthly billing, in US dollars. Intercom, Help Scout, HubSpot and Gorgias charge for every question their bot closes without a human. Their bills assume 60% of questions are closed this way, less than Intercom (76%) and Help Scout (73%) report themselves.
